2. What Data We Collect

When you use the free calculator we collect:

• Body measurements you enter: biological sex, age, weight, height, waist and thigh circumference
• Lifestyle information you provide in the personalisation questionnaire (activity, sleep, diet, etc.)
• Optional: email address, if you choose to provide it for report delivery

We do not collect your name, IP address (beyond what our hosting provider logs automatically), or any special category health data beyond what you voluntarily enter.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you provide by ticking the consent checkbox before purchasing. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — however this will not affect processing already carried out.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To calculate your visceral fat estimate and generate your personalised report
• To process your payment via Stripe (our payment processor)
• To send you your report copy if you provided an email

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your measurement data and generated report are stored temporarily in Upstash Redis (our data processor, servers in EU) and are automatically deleted within 24 hours of generation. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required by financial regulations.
