1. Acceptance

By accessing or using VATscore.health ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

VATscore.health provides an educational visceral adipose tissue (VAT) estimation tool and personalised lifestyle report. The Service is operated by Fast Grip s. r. o., Zeleninová 821/55, Bratislava, Slovakia.

3. Educational Use Only — Not Medical Advice

The VAT calculator and all generated reports are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The VAT score is a statistical estimate based on population-level regression formulas and is not equivalent to clinical MRI or CT imaging.

You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or healthcare management — especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. We expressly disclaim any liability for health decisions made based on the Service.

4. Payment and Refunds

The personalised report is available for a one-time fee of €29 (VAT exempt — operator not VAT registered). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Because the report is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law by ticking the consent checkbox and clicking "Pay".

If you experience a technical failure that prevents report delivery, contact us at ukes.ukes@gmail.com within 7 days and we will issue a full refund or resend your report.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, formulas, and generated reports are the intellectual property of Fast Grip s. r. o.. You may print or save your own report for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish report content without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak and EU law, Fast Grip s. r. o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Slovak law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
